Was Dich erwartet!
Die Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter sind Auslieferungsort und Brand Experience Center der Marke Mercedes-Benz in Deutschland. Sie entwickeln und realisieren für ihre Gäste aus dem In- und Ausland faszinierende physische Erlebnisformate. Dazu zählen die Erlebnis-Abholung des eigenen, neuen Fahrzeugs sowie weitere exklusive Erlebnisangebote am Ort der „Geburtsstätte“ eines Mercedes: Faszinierende Entdeckungstouren durch die Automobilproduktion, Fahrten auf einem Offroad-Parcours (Bremen und Rastatt) sowie der Besuch wegweisender Ausstellungen und Eventformate rund um das Thema Mobilität von morgen.
An drei Kundencenter-Standorten – Bremen, Rastatt und Sindelfingen – können Gäste in die Markenwelt von Mercedes-Benz eintauchen und sich begeistern lassen. Aktuell suchen wir Verstärkung für die Standorte Rastatt und Bremen.
Wir sind ZET. Als inhabergeführte Eventagentur schaffen wir erlebbare Markenkommunikation – live, hybrid und digital. Mit unseren Gesellschaften zet:project. und zet:motion. zählen wir zu den führenden Agenturen Europas und arbeiten für einige der erfolgreichsten Marken weltweit. Ab Sommer 2026 verantworten wir die Betreuung der Mercedes‑Benz Kundencenter und gestalten dort den ersten persönlichen Markenkontakt für Gäste aus aller Welt. Du bist der erste persönliche Kontaktpunkt für unsere Gäste im Mercedes‑Benz Kundencenter und sorgst mit deiner offenen Art für einen professionellen, herzlichen Empfang. Als Teil des Kundencenter‑Teams trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Besucher:innen ein außergewöhnliches Markenerlebnis von Anfang an genießen.

Freundlicher Empfang und Check‑in der Gäste im Mercedes‑Benz Kundencenter

Prüfung von Buchungen und Teilnehmerdaten im Kundencenter‑System

Ausgabe von Unterlagen

Ansprechpartner:in für Gäste vor Ort bei organisatorischen Fragen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitung, Werkführungen und Instruktor:innen

Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Empfangsbereich

Repräsentation der Marke Mercedes‑Benz als Gastgeber:in und First Touchpoint
Deine Person

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder bürobezogene Berufsausbildung
