Projektmanager:in (m,w,d) AMG Experience - ab sofort

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n engagierte*n, automobilbegeisterte*n Projektmanager*in für die AMG Experience. In dieser Position arbeitest du direkt im Home of AMG in Affalterbach an spannenden Projekten der World’s Fastest Family und bist zugleich europaweit für Projekte unterschiedlicher Größe mitverantwortlich, um deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben​​

  • Eigenverantwortliche und engagierte Mitarbeit in europaweiten Projekten – von der Vorbereitung über die Umsetzung und das Controlling bis hin zur Nachbereitung.

  • Konzeption und Erstellung überzeugender Angebote sowie professioneller Eventpräsentationen („Pitch-Präsentationen“).

  • Selbstständige Steuerung und Leitung kleinerer und mittlerer Projekte.

  • Auswahl und Verhandlung von Locations, Dienstleistern und Gewerken sowie anschließendes Auftragsmanagement.

  • Verantwortung für das Projektbudget bei kleineren und mittleren Projekten.

  • Übernahme von Teilgewerken in komplexen Projekten und Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Abläufe.

  • Professionelle Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber, Endkund*innen, Projektleitung und Team.

  • Effizientes Arbeiten innerhalb strukturierter Projektmanagementprozesse.

  • Umsetzung und Sicherstellung höchster Standards bezüglich Qualität, Zeit und Kosten.

Dein Profil

  • Professionelle Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber, Endkund*innen, Projektleitung und Team.

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Leitung von Gewerken bei Großprojekten und/oder der Führung kleinerer Projekte, vorzugsweise in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Motorsport und auf Rennstrecken sind von Vorteil.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kund:innen – inklusive VIPs – wird bevorzugt.
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation, Marketing, Eventmanagement oder eine einschlägige branchenspezifische Ausbildung.
  • Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis für Projekte und mindestens erste Erfahrungen in der (Teil-) Verantwortung für Budgets, einschließlich Kostenkalkulation und Angebotserstellung.
  • Teamfähigkeit, hohe soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Empathie.
  • Starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, verbunden mit Eigeninitiative.
  • Souveräne, klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden und belastenden Situationen.
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Reisen sowie zur kurzfristigen Umsetzung von Events.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen.
